Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 2007

While I worked for the South Bend Museum of Art as their digital archivist, I was sent to Philadelphia for a workshop on the proprietary software we used to archive the collections.  For a brief afternoon, I was able to escape with my camera to the downtown and wander.  The city felt so much more alive than many of the ones in this portfolio and I took advantage of that to photograph street portraits.  With my camera at my hip, I snapped away capturing the expressions and movement of the passer-byers.
